Does not play well with iOS 7

With iOS7 update this is not working well - issues seen:
a. If default number and conf code have to change - clicking the Dial does not work
b. There is a significant lag between when the selection is made and the call actually starts

Guys - please fix this asap - this is one of my go to apps for productivity and is failing now
